SpinOlution Products Shipping

The prices of SpinOlution wheels and accessories include shipping, customs and VAT to the UK and most parts of Europe. Each wheel is handmade and sent directly from the USA, after being individually tested. They usually ship after 4 weeks.

If you are in the USA, all the prices on the spinolution.com website are correct (you don’t have to pay shipping, VAT and customs!) and you get free shipping within the lower 48 states. If this is you, please email hello@tineandfloyd.co.uk and we will happily arrange for your wheel to be delivered there.

Tine & Floyd Products Shipping

Shipping for all products, apart from SpinOlution wheels and accessories, is a flat rate of £5 for UK, £5 Europe and £10 worldwide. Orders over £30 for UK, £50 for Europe and £50 for worldwide, receive free shipping.

SpinOlution Shipping Damage

It is our goal that your order(s) get to you safely. Every shipment is fully insured and our packaging meets the claim requirements of FedEx/USPS. Here is how to proceed with replacing items damaged in shipment.

• Photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the exterior of the box
• Any additional information that we may need to know.

We will send this information to Spinoltuion to begin the claims process. We will communicate as we receive updates to resolve your order.
